Background
Claire Lenihan is a qualified osteopath, having practiced at Health Zone since 2005. Claire treats a variety of complaints such as osteoarthritis, muscle and joint pains. Claire also treats back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and foot pain as well as tension headaches, sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries such as tennis/golfers elbow and trapped nerves. Claire has an in-depth knowledge of her subject and is a qualified teacher lecturering at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, the Italian College of Osteopathic Medicine in Milan and the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Description of treatment
Osteopathy uses techniques such as gentle articulation of the joints, soft tissue techniques, manipulation, cranial, dry needling, stretching and exercises.
