Background
After many years of working in a stressful and demanding environment of relocation and project management, Linda decided to choose a different path and trained as a reflexologist. This has enabled Linda to combine her knowledge of science (BSc Biology) and people skills, in helping others.
Having trained with the AOR (Association of Reflexologists) Linda is committed to regular post graduate training to keep her skills up to date and provide the best possible treatment to her clients. (www.aor.org.uk)
Linda volunteers as a reflexologist for Macmillan Cancer service at Kingston Hospital, where complementary therapy is provided for out patients at the William Rous Unit.

Description of treatment
Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy that encourages the flow of energy around the body. This is achieved by massaging specific points across the feet that relate to different parts, systems and organs of the body, stimulating its own natural healing process.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages, from all walks of life and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions such as:

• Stress related conditions
• Back pain
• Migraines
• Hormonal imbalances

Maternity Reflexology is a specialised form of reflexology for maternity clients. It differs from regular reflexology in the use of:

• More relaxing techniques (to calm both mother and baby)
• Energetic balancing of the reflexology endocrine zones for the overall health of both mother and baby
• An overall more gentle approach in the use of all techniques, customised to each stage of pregnancy
  
  

Reproflexology is a specialised form of reflexology, working with both partners helping them to understand their own individual fertility indicators and reducing some of the stresses and strains of trying to conceive. It comprises key techniques, such as:

• Understanding the female cycle
• Mapping key stages throughout the cycle
• Analysing sperm count reports
• Nutritional and lifestyle guidance
• Emotional support

The first appointment is consultation only, in order to define a treatment plan.
All the above treatments are booked as an hours treatment of Reflexology.
