Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy means "treatment using scents". It is a holistic, deeply relaxing treatment, using pure essential plant oils, such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint, which are massaged into the skin to improve the health of the body and mind.

Aromatherapy is particularly effective for pain relief, fatigue, anxiety, stress, digestive disorders, psychosomatic induced problems, muscular and rheumatic pain, and women's problems such as PMS, menopausal conditions and postnatal depression.
