Reiki is a powerful yet gentle healing method, restoring the vital energy of the body when it becomes unbalanced.

Most Reiki treatments do not involve actual touching, though there are a few positions in which the practitioner is in contact with the patient. The practitioners hold their hands a few inches or farther away from the patient’s body and manipulate the energy field from there.
